For Passengers/Travel Agents
It is FREE to list 'Passengers Requiring Journey' requests and there are no Final Auction Fees to pay once bidding has ended.
It is also FREE to bid on and win 'Empty Space for Sale'.
There are no limits to how many journey requests that can be listed and how many empty space journeys that can be purchased.
Passengers/Travel Agents will only incur a fee for using Trip Zip if listing a Classifieds (see below).
 
For Private Hire/Chauffeur businesses
The Private Hire/Chauffeur business that is the winning bidder on a 'Passenger Requiring Journey' listing will be charged a commission (Final Auction Fee) of 12% of the winning fare.
It is FREE to list 'Empty Space for Sale'. When a successful winning bid is received, the Private Hire/Chauffeur business that listed the journey will incur a commission (Final Auction Fee) of 12% of the winning bid.
NO CHARGE will be made for any 'Empty Space for Sale' journey auctions that end without receiving a bid.
Commission Fees are charged via PayPal when the journey is completed.
Passengers/Travel Agents will only incur a fee for using Trip Zip if listing a Classifieds (see below).
